Challenge

TraceTrax is a CoreFlex product aimed at tracking and tracing last mile delivery of services and products. Smartphone features to provide deep visibility of the order digitizes the paperwork compliance process and implements data analytics techniques for improving business processes.The product needs to cater to the varied workflows of customers in the logistics and distribution sector. It needed to be flexible to plug-in exception and custom workflows.

The system needed to abstract the Data, process and logical flows of one customer from another On-field users need to focus on their jobs and have minimum interactions with the application while on-the-go, yet the application needs to track and provide status updates of the orders in real-time Business Intelligence is key for decision making based on large volumes of field data collected during service and product delivery processes.

Simple and yet sophisticated User Interface built in collaboration with client and on-field technicians to meet the challenges of usability of the app in the field
